Swift Products (www.swiftproduct.com.au) works closely with customers to help them reduce their annual spend on cutting consumables like wires, blades and knives.

Swift Products supplies cutting blades, knives and wires to several types of customers, including those in the food processing industry, foam converters and insulation companies.

Two recent examples of customers working closely with Swift Products are an Australian meat processor and an Asian insulation company.

The food processor contacted Swift Products trying to find an alternative source of blades for their European-made meat slicing machines. The European machine maker’s blades were very expensive. Swift developed high quality custom made blades which the customer tested. The customer now enjoys lower annual cutting costs.

The insulation company switched to Swift Products for their long life cutting wires after testing the various wire types. Swift offers many specialist wires made for cutting difficult materials like mineral wool / Rockwool, cellular glass / Foamglass, calcium silicate, phenolic foam as well as rebounded foams and more common rigid and flexible PU foams.
